Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell Digicel + products and services, inclusive of bundle packages (Mobile & D+)
Engage in door-to-door sales, street promotions, community events, and sales activations to reach potential customers.
Identify potential customers, generate leads, and follow up on sales inquiries.
Work towards and achieve assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Maintain a strong brand presence by representing Digicel professionally in all interactions.
Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving basic issues, and guiding customers on product usage.
Report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to the Digicel+ Lead.
