About the role


  • Conduct nutrition assessments and provide evidence-based dietary interventions.

  • Develop personalised nutrition plans and monitor client outcomes.

  • Support clients, families and carers with education and practical advice.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary allied health team to deliver holistic care.

  • Manage your own caseload with flexibility and autonomy.

    • About you

  • Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD).

  • Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience.

  • Strong clinical, communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience working with older adults or in community health is highly regarded.

  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel.
