Sodexo is seeking a **Registered Dietitian** for a full time position at Community Memorial Hospital, a 28-bed critical access hospital located in the beautiful village of **Hamilton, NY** **.** The selected candidate will also oversee the clinical program at Crouse Community Center, a nearby 120-bed skilled nursing facility.This is a unique opportunity to practice in both acute care and long-term care settings.This position is open to new or experienced candidates and offers remote flexibility.
One virtual day per week
Reimbursement for professional fees, including AND dues and CDN/CDR renewal
Three weeks of vacation, eight holidays and three personal days paid each year
Reimbursement for continuing education events
