Job Description
Monthly Salary: Up to $5,800 + AWS + Benefits

- 5 Day work week, Office Hours
- Responsible for monitoring compliance to existing and future food and nutrition policies, procedures and standards.
- Function as company’s main interface with the hospital’s Chief Dietitian and Dietetics team.
- Communicate dietary requirements from the hospital stakeholders to production staff, keeping in mind practicality of cooking and the food production process.
- Ensure the nutritional and dietary needs of all patients are provided for.
- Provide nutritional analysis and dietetic expertise to the Food Production team, especially during the menu development process.
