Home: Pinecrest Manor Nursing Home LTC
Location: Plantagenet, ON
Salary Range: Starting at $26.00 per hour
Position: Dietary Aide
Status: Temporary Part Time, Mixed Shifts, 6am-2pm and 11:15am-7:15pm
Reports to: Food Service Manager
The Dietary Aide provides support to the setup, preparation, serving and cleaning associated with all meal services in the Home.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring food is handled in a safe manner, including proper storage and labeling
- Assisting cooks in basic food preparation
- Executing proper food service in relation to internal and external guidelines and protocols
- Serving meals according to Resident diet orders
- Washing, cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and dining room
