Job Description
Mammoth Disposal has an immediate opening for an experienced **Diesel Mechanic** to support our fleet operations in Mammoth Lakes, California. This position is primarily based in Mammoth Lakes, with occasional work performed at our Bishop maintenance facility.
Mechanics seeking stable, year-round employment with competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and excellent benefits are encouraged to apply. **Carpool options are available between Bishop and Mammoth as needed.**
**Schedule**
• Monday through Friday
• Start time between 5:30 AM and 7:00 AM
• Typical workday of 8 to 10 hours
• Occasional Saturdays as needed
• Occasional travel to support Blue Team operations may be required
**Compensation**
Starting Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and certifications. The pay range for this job category is $38-42.25/hour.
