This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, ensuring our fleet remains safe, reliable, and fully operational.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support mechanical assessments, diagnosis, and fault finding across fleet vehicles and machinery
• Service and maintain trucks, trailers, dollies, and motor vehicles in line with workshop procedures and maintenance standards
• Repair and replace key components including brakes, suspension systems, steering systems, and major engine components
• Carry out welding and fabrication tasks, including chassis and comb rail repairs on flat-top trailers
• Perform auto electrical work across 12V and 24V systems
