Position Title: Asset Specialist (Diesel Mechanic)
Position Reports To: VP, Asset Management
Position Summary
Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel-powered forklifts and industrial air compressors.
Process, reconcile, and report on captured inventory data so the organization may effectively and efficiently make informed decisions regarding Asset Management. Specialist will also support day-to-day operations as it relates to the utilization and maintenance of software-based inventory processes.
Essential Functions
+ Troubleshoot and repair Cummins engines, including fuel systems, turbochargers, emissions systems, and electronic controls.
+ Inspect, test, and maintain hydraulic systems, pneumatic components, and mechanical assemblies.
