• Professionally handle incoming calls and emails from DHA IRE users, providing detailed technical assistance.
• Strive for first‑call resolution and deliver in‑depth one‑on‑one support over the phone.
• Receive, log, and assign support requests in accordance with Client SOP and SLA standards.
• Maintain meticulous logs of all calls, ensuring accurate classification, client details and resolution descriptions.
