Primary Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in developing departmental documents. This is both creation and maintaining policy, process and instructional documentation. Assist with administrative tasks such as attendance records and assistance maintaining departmental tracking documents. Assist with managers and departmental projects, this includes maintaining meeting notes and goal trackers. Assist with running reports for departments on a weekly and monthly biases. Assistance in managing State Contracts.
