Job Description

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing departmental documents. This is both creation and maintaining policy, process and instructional documentation.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as attendance records and assistance maintaining departmental tracking documents.
  • Assist with managers and departmental projects, this includes maintaining meeting notes and goal trackers.
  • Assist with running reports for departments on a weekly and monthly biases.
  • Assistance in managing State Contracts.
  • Ad hoc tasks to assist managersΒ 
  • Audit support, assist with tasks related in internal and external audits
  • Assist with case overflow as necessaryΒ
