Job Summary

The DGM – Operations Head will lead and oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and productivity. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and cross-functional coordination to achieve business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day plant operations to ensure production targets are achieved.


• Develop and implement production plans aligned with business requirements.
