Descripción y detalle de las actividadesOversee the sheet metal design and will identify and recommend solutions to production problems related to materials, processes, and tooling ensuring the smooth operation of production processes.This position is responsible of the optimization of our manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality products with lean techniques; working mainly with assembly area and New Product Introduction (NPI) Specialist in problem solving with cross-functional teams, provide technical expertise; reducing quality errors and improving productivity, safety, & ergonomics, and cost reduction projects.Collaborating on product design to ensure ease of manufacturing and assembly.Analyzing engineering designs to identify potential manufacturing issues.Proposing design improvements to optimize the manufacturing process and reduce costs.Verifying the accuracy of BOMs by cross-referencing them with engineering drawings, part lists, and other doc...
