Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and support Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), including cluster administration, workload deployment, patching, upgrades, and Day 2 operations.
- Lead a team of platform engineers or technical consultants to deliver stable and secure managed services.
- Handle Service Requests, Incident, Problem, and Change Management in accordance with ITIL best practices.
- Plan and execute CVE vulnerability assessments, security patching, and platform upgrades with minimal service disruption.
- Perform platform monitoring, log reviews, root‑cause analysis, and proactive issue resolution.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure platform availability, performance, and security.
