Job Description

  • Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Bank Policies and Policy Standards
  • Understand and manage risks and risk events (incidents) relevant to the role

Overall Job Purpose

  • Provide second level specialist support to the Business Unit for all system related incidents and queries within the System Back Office Department
  • Ensure effective maintenance of relevant systems
