DevOps Leader (Head of Engineering Effectiveness)
We are looking for a DevOps Leader who can genuinely transform the engineering organization’s effectiveness. You are not just managing a toolchain - you are driving an engineering culture shift that empowers every engineer to deliver faster, safer, and with greater confidence. You are the ultimate owner of the company’s technical infrastructure and engineering productivity.
Core Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership- Define the company's DevOps and platform engineering strategy, align it with business objectives, and report effectiveness metrics to the CTO and engineering leadership
- Build and continuously improve the engineering effectiveness measurement framework (DORA Metrics: deployment frequency, change failure rate, MTTR, lead time for changes), driving quantifiable improvements
