This organization is scaling an AI-enabled SaaS platform while evolving from a traditional development model to a modern DevOps culture. With multiple product-focused engineering teams and a growing base of junior developers, there is a strong need to standardize deployment practices, improve automation, and accelerate delivery pipelines.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in driving this transformation by enhancing CI/CD pipelines, modernizing regression testing automation, and supporting the adoption of continuous release practices across teams.
