Role Overview and Objectives
The DevOps Engineer is responsible for guiding and implementing automation initiatives, dealing with software development, operations, and services. This role involves performing hands‑on automation tasks, in areas including software development, operations, and services, and improving communication, collaboration and integration between wider team.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver an “automation first” culture to enhance customer experience and ensure the continued relevance and financial viability of our engagements.
- Uplift automation and delivery maturity across Datacom leveraging agile/DevOps methodologies.
- Contribute to automation roadmaps in conjunction with the Architecture, Tools, Automation and Planning group guidelines and standards and execute within identified milestones.
