Core Responsibilities

• Lead the automation of day-to-day operations required to support our 1000+ customers.
• Design and deploy complex systems and network solutions that ensure 24x7 availability.
• Automate data backups and recovery operations in virtual environments.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis of complex system problems in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Automate Hypervisor deployments.
• Build, maintain, and provide support for Synology storage systems.
• Maintain and upgrade operating systems across multiple platforms, including Windows, OSX, Linux, BSD, etc.
• Manage VMWare, Proxmox, and OpenStack virtualization environments.
• Conduct research and development of new technologies, and develop Proof of Concept demos.
• Create, maintain, and update all documentation, including procedures and training materials.
