Job Description

Provide Level 2 application support, delivering advanced troubleshooting and
problem resolution for complex technical issues across applications,
infrastructure, data processing, and supporting tools
β’ Manage production incidents, problem tickets, and change requests, ensuring
timely resolution in accordance with agreed SLA
β’ Ensure a stable, maintainable, high-quality, and standards-compliant
application environment, meeting all agreed SLA.
β’ Support security controls, vulnerability remediation and compliance
standards.
β’ Ensure operational stability and drive build and deployment activities across
the screening applications to achieve reliable and high-quality releases. This
role combines operational, development, and deployment responsibilities to
maintain high-quality releases and achieve operational excellence.
