Key Responsibilities
Server & Hosting Management (Core Focus)
• Manage, configure, and maintain Linux-based servers (production & staging)
• Administer and manage cPanel & WHM environments
• Setup and manage hosting accounts, emails, databases, and FTP access
• Handle domain management, DNS configuration, and SSL installations
• Perform server hardening, patching, and performance tuning
• Monitor server uptime, logs, and resource utilization
• Implement and manage backup & disaster recovery processes
AWS Cloud (Added Advantage)
• Launch and manage EC2 instances
• Configure basic AWS services like VPC, Security Groups, IAM, and S3
• Monitor infrastructure using CloudWatch
• Manage DNS using Route 53
• Understand AWS best practices for security and cost optimisation
