Job Description
Due to an urgent and expanding backlog of CI/CD tickets for the Digital Engagement Platform (DEP) SaaS program, our client is seeking two skilled CI/CD subcontractors. This engagement is designed for immediate impact: the successful candidates will join the existing CI/CD team, accelerate ticket closure, and contribute to production rollout readiness.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (ex. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline)
- Expertise in scripting and automation (Shell, Python, Groovy, or comparable)
- Familiarity with SaaS environments, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and Agile delivery
- Experience troubleshooting deployments, resolving build issues, and optimizing pipelines
- Strong collaborative and communication skills - proven ability to integrate quickly into a distributed team
