Device Repair Specialist

Full-time Engineering

Responsibilities

1. Diagnose and repair defective POS terminals and accessories.
2. Replace faulty components to ensure devices work properly.
3. Ensure all devices are clean, updated, and fully functional.
4. Test repaired devices for performance and reliability.
5. Maintain detailed logs of repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities.
6. Follow safety protocols when handling electronic devices and repair equipment.
7. Work closely with the Device Management and Merchant Services teams to resolve device-related issues.
8. Prepare weekly and monthly reports including all records and inventory.
9. Contribute to creating policies and procedures related to this role.
10. Other duties may be assigned.
