Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide assistance with the IT Help Desk
Handle first-line response to Help Desk requests and manage escalations
Assist with discrete tasks for IT projects
Support ERP implementation activities as needed
Provide Microsoft 365 user support
Support MS SharePoint and MS Defender enhancements
Assist in Information Policy review (Technology, Governance, and Security)
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising policy instruments with IT, Information Governance, and Information Security
Support security and information governance awareness initiatives
Other duties as assigned
