In this role, you will act as a crucial link between clients, investors, and the internal team. You will independently handle project development for commercial premises and its commercial logic, guide projects from idea phase to decision‑making, and coordinate external designers and internal cost estimation. The ideal background for the candidate is experience in project development projects – involvement in development and execution in any role.
