Development Planner – Preparedness & Development

The Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services Region is seeking an analytical, innovative, and collaborative development planner for the Preparedness and Development unit.

Responsibilities

• Develop the rescue department's operations and services to meet environmental requirements.
• Act as an expert in development, implementing strategic development goals.
• Monitor national guidelines and trends.
• Analyze the operational environment.
• Self‑monitoring, reporting, and proposing service development for the coming years.

Qualifications

• Understanding of rescue services, environmental analysis, risk assessments, data management, geospatial skills, and IT proficiency with relevant software.
• Strong oral and written presentation skills and good communication and interaction skills.
