Job Summary:
- ESP is looking for a detail-oriented, coachable intern who is interested in fundraising, nonprofit development, and foundation work.
- This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting the day-to-day operations of a mission-driven development team while learning best practices in donor relations, grant funding, and fundraising strategy.
- The intern will assist with donor and data management in Salesforce, conduct grant and foundation research, support fundraising and donor stewardship initiatives, and help create documents and systems that improve the efficiency of our development team.
- The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, enjoys working with data and processes, and is excited to contribute to work that helps advance ESP's mission.
