As a Development Miner with Technica, you will engage in essential underground work involving mechanized bolters and ground support installations. The role calls for at least 5 years of underground development experience and a commitment to maintaining safety. Additional skills with trackless haulage or jumbo drills are advantageous for applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre-operational inspections for safety compliance
• Scale loose rocks and inspect existing underground headings
• Operate MacLean Bolter for ground support installations
• Recondition underground drifts and headings efficiently
• Assist with mechanical installations and service advancements
Requirements:
• Basic Underground Hard Rock Mining Common Core certification
