Job Description
DMC Mining Services is seeking a skilled Development Miner/Bolter Operator for their Cadomin Mine site. This position features a FIFO work schedule of 14 days on and off with wages up to $28/hour.
This role is ideal for experienced miners passionate about safety and innovation. You'll engage in critical operations including drilling and blasting, utilizing modern equipment to drive mine development projects forward. Your work will support a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain Sandvik DT922 and DS512i bolters
• Execute drilling and blasting activities with precision
• Interpret engineering drawings and manage ground support
• Work cohesively in a team setting to enhance productivity
• Uphold mining safety and operational standards
Requirements:
• Five years of underground development mining experience
• Ontario Basic Underground Common Core certification is required
• Specialty training in Bolter opera...
