Your New Role
You will take ownership of assigned development projects and be responsible for helping drive them through entitlement, approvals, permitting, and execution. Working closely with senior leadership, consultants, municipalities, and internal stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring that projects continue to move forward efficiently and strategically.
The position will involve managing development approvals, coordinating consultant teams, maintaining project schedules and budgets, reviewing technical reports and submissions, and representing ELM throughout the municipal approvals process. You will be responsible for helping align planning, design, engineering, and financial considerations while ensuring project objectives remain on track.
