The Development Manager – Project & Over-Dimensional Freight is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for specialized freight forwarding services, including heavy lift, breakbulk, over-dimensional, and project cargo solutions. This role requires in-depth knowledge of complex logistics requirements and close collaboration with engineering, operations, and pricing teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients in sectors such as energy, infrastructure, construction, and mining.

The ideal candidate possesses strong consultative selling skills, a deep understanding of global logistics for non-standard cargo, and a proven ability to manage long sales cycles and large-volume opportunities.
