Position Overview
Forster Harvard Development Corp. is seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead residential, commercial, mixed‑use, and land development projects. Reporting to the VP, Development & Construction, this role manages the full development lifecycle—from site evaluation and due diligence through municipal approvals, design coordination, construction support, and project closeout.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, proformas, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate multi‑disciplinary consultant teams and technical studies.
- Navigate Saskatchewan's planning and municipal approval processes.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and investor/leadership reporting.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with quality and sustainability standards.
