Development Manager – Investment Projects and Portfolio Team (Porvoo Refinery)

Location : Kilpilahti, Porvoo, Finland (approximately 30 minutes by car from Helsinki). Public transport: free bus for employees from capital region.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short and long-term investment plans in collaboration with investment owners
• Prioritise and validate development ideas together with stakeholders
• Specify and set clear targets, scope, concept, and schedule to enable efficient execution of investment projects
• Lead pre‑ and feasibility study phases in projects
• Manage and monitor investment portfolio project costs and performance

Qualifications

• Applicable technical bachelor’s or master’s degree (chemical or process engineering)
• Several years of relevant work experience in industry or industrial projects with process industry preferred
