Our Client
Our client is a private development group with a strong pipeline of design focused apartment developments. This group are currently looking to appoint a Development Manager to assist in the design, town planning and delivery of a high profile apartment development.
The Role
Reporting to a Development Director, this role will suit a proven Development Manager who can take ownership for driving development outcomes from front-end design through to completion. This is a hands-on role that will suit candidates who have a strong project management skillset and an ability to build strong working relationships with agents, authorities and a diverse range of consultants.
