As our Development Engineer, you will work closely with Development & Innovation Manager, support the design, testing, sampling, and industrialization of new products while ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities and key tasks

  • Execute development projects across all phases (STA/IND1/IND2) under the guidance of the Development & Innovation Manager.

  • Translate customer requests into technical solutions.

  • Prepare and verify samples in collaboration with Quality department to ensure compliance with standards.

  • Offer logistics support to the sales team: samples, color books, boxes,…

  • Support the transfer of successful developments into production.

  • Contributes ideas to new technical, commercial developments and innovative projects.

  • Maintain accurate records in development databases (SharePoint, etc.).
