Job Description
ACG_3541_JOBLead the identification, evaluation, and execution of renewable energy projects, including project screening, feasibility assessment, and approval processes, while securing development rights through both greenfield development and M&A opportunities. Manage internal project approval and gate-review procedures, negotiate joint development partnerships and equity acquisition agreements with developers, and oversee projects through to successful financial close. Preference will be given to candidates with a demonstrated track record in developing wind or solar power projects with a total capacity of at least 50 MW.
