How you will contribute to the company’s success
- Propose, review and take ownership of technical designs up to the functionality.
- Contribute to the code review of the development team in a meaningful way with a visible impact.
- Contribute to the resolution of technical debt within the development team.
- Mentor developers on your development team.
- Implement User Stories and bug work autonomously.
- Understand the SDLC best practices and design patterns.
- Contribute to the Scrum ceremonies of your development team.
- Provide support to operational teams for product issues raised in escalation.
