Role Overview
Sama X is seeking a Software Developer to provide on-site technical solutions and support for our connectivity operations. You will build the tools, scripts, and reports required to maintain a smooth Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, serving as the technical resource for rapid troubleshooting and system enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain complex reports and real-time dashboards in Analytics to provide visibility into inventory, service status, and financial performance.
- L2 Technical Troubleshooting: Provide second-level support for operational issues, identifying and fixing bugs in automation triggers, data syncs, or custom integrations.
- Technical Implementation: Implement technical specifications provided by the BA/QA team, ensuring that custom-built solutions are scalable and performant.
