Job Description
YOUR MISSION
- Support and drive product development for assigned sporting goods accessories, i.e., goalkeeper gloves, footballs, shin guard, handballs and related small accessories items.
- Ensure on-time execution of development milestones with suppliers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned styles through development stages from prototyping to sample approval.
- Coordinate with suppliers on sample progress, technical execution, and corrections .
- Support costing and feasibility discussions .
- Track development timelines and ensure milestone adherence.
- Work with cross-functional teams (BU, Materials, Order Management, production, QA) on product specifications and updates .
- Follow up on quality standards and testing requirements .
