Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading local AI systems and AI development projects
2-3 years of experience with LLM architecture, Python, prompt engineering, designing and building generative AI bots
Knowledge of RAG, Orchestration frameworks, Langchain, MCP, Contexts, Cursor AI, Toy Demos
Java Skills
Java 17 or higher
Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, WebFlux
Maven
API-first, OpenAPI
Experience with microservices, Hexagonal Architecture
Communication protocols: REST API, MQ queues, Kafka
Testing: JUnit, Mockito
CI/CD: GitHub, Sonar, GitHub Actions
Grafana
Relational Databases: Oracle/DB2;
Non-relational Databases: MongoDB
Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD
