This role is for an analyst who reviews/processes incoming and outgoing check fraud claims on behalf of PNC customers, other financial institutions and the US Treasury pertaining to Endorsement and Altered check issues. The analyst is responsible for validating check fraud incidents by gathering, maintaining, and storing related case documentation, reviewing customer transactions to prevent and mitigate risks of fraudulent activity in addition to obtaining claim resolution....
