Job Description
We're recruiting a proactive, reliable and hands‑on Despatch Operator to join a busy manufacturing site producing flexible packaging solutions for over 25 years. If you enjoy a fast‑paced environment, take pride in accuracy, and like working as part of a tight-knit team, this role is for you.
Staffline is recruiting Despatch Operators in Brigg, DN20 0SP.
The rate of pay is £13.42 per hour.
Overtime is available and is paid at £20.13 per hour and Bank Holidays are paid at x2!
This is a full-time role working rotating shifts 4 on 4 off - 2 days and 2 nights. The hour sof work are:
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am
Average 42 hours per week.

- Picking orders accurately using picking lists and preparing goods for delivery
- Completing goods in/out paperwork with exceptional attention to detail
- Receiving deliveries, checking materials, and distributing them correctly
