Despatch Operative - Permanent Role
Elsham, near Brigg
£29,309 + Overtime + Quarterly Bonus
4 on / 4 off shifts (2 days / 2 nights)
We're recruiting for a Despatch Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business supplying packaging solutions into the healthcare sector.
This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability within a growing business. The company is looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a reliable attitude, and previous warehouse, despatch or forklift operating experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
What you'll be doing:
· Accurately picking orders following picking lists and preparing goods for delivery
· Completing manual goods in/out documentation accurately
· Identifying materials correctly using labels and job specifications
· Receiving deliveries and distributing materials to the correct departments
