DESCRIPTION
The desktop technician will support a mutual insurance company to provide technical support. The desktop support technician will assist with activities associated with identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported IT problems.
DUTIES
+ Maintain ,analyze, and troubleshoot devices.
+ Repair computer systems relating to hardware and software.
+ Setup workstations and computer peripherals.
+ Troubleshoot printers and A/V systems.
+ Supporting end-users with excellent customer service.
+ Maintain user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
+ Work within ticketing systems to prioritize workloads.
+ Decommission services and assist with packaging and disposal.<...
