Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician with strong Level 2 support experience to provide advanced technical support in an enterprise environment. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, support Windows 11 systems, and deliver high-quality end-user support. Experience in a healthcare environment is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide Level 2 desktop support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues
