Job Description
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices (Windows/macOS).
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (e.g., connectivity, IP conflicts, VPN issues).
- Assist with user account creation, password resets, and access permissions via **Active Directory**.
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware according to company standards.
- Log, prioritize, and track support requests using a ticketing system (e.g., **ServiceNow**, Jira, Freshdesk).
- Set up and support audio/visual equipment for meetings and presentations.
- Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 support teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and asset records.
