Responsibilities

• You provide hands‑on technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• You deliver on‑site IT support for issues within the manufacturing environment to ensure minimal disruption to production
• You troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity
• You manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations in compliance with IT policies
• You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve escalated technical problems
• You maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system changes
• You assist in deploying updates, patches, and new technology solutions across the organization
• You ensure adherence to security protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• You draft, review, and enhance Knowledge Base articles related to desktop system configuration, maintenance, and troublesh...
