The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a continuing requirement for Homeland Enterprise Information Technology Secure Services & Support (HEITS) for the continual operations and maintenance and evolution of the Homeland Secure Data Network (HSDN) and the Classified Local Area Network (C-LAN).
Leidos is seeking a broadly experienced candidate to provide Tier 1 and 2 Desktop Support for multiple domains with users locally and remotely, with excellent communication skills and the ability to support VIP and VVIP customers. This position will work with Active Directory and Exchange to create/modify/terminate accounts, as well as troubleshoot workstations, printers, and other peripheral devices. Additional responsibilities include imaging, installing, and configuring workstations and troubleshooting Windows 10 and above and Microsoft Office suite for standard workstations and Secureview workstations.
