Overview
Locations: East and West. Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. We are seeking a customer-oriented Desktop Engineer who is open to roaming islandwide to provide onsite IT support services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-user computing devices, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting IT infrastructure, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- End-User Support
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Support Microsoft Office 365 applications and services.
- Handle user account administration, password resets, and access-related requests.
- Assist users with email, network connectivity, and VPN issues.
