This role is suited to someone with solid 2nd line support experience and a strong background across desktop support, Microsoft technologies, cloud services, and infrastructure support, with the ability to support Portuguese-speaking users effectively.
Your Key Job Responsibilities
You’ll be involved in troubleshooting escalated incidents, supporting users across Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, Windows environments, VMware, Intune, and backup technologies , while working in a business-critical and highly regulated setting.
