Location and hours
Working on‑site in Madrid from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
What will you do
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Perform some Smart Hands support for networking hardware.
- Troubleshoot Windows, iOS, and Android OS support, software installations, and security updates.
- Manage Active Directory tasks.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience providing IT infrastructure support, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting.
- Proficient Spanish and English (C1‑C2)....
